Tell us about yourself and your brand. How long have you been in business?
I’ve been with Iconography since 2003 and now oversee the commercial side of the business as a Director. Over the past 20 years, the company has evolved significantly. Today, we specialise in eCommerce and Unified Commerce through our cloud-based retail management platform, with a strong focus on the furniture sector since 2012. We’ve exhibited at the show for many years, and it remains an excellent opportunity to meet retailers looking to modernise and streamline their digital operations.
How did your company begin?
Iconography began in the late 1990s, during the early days of New Media and the rise of the internet. Based in Somerset, the company was founded by a former senior IT leader from a major PLC who recognised the potential of websites and multimedia services. While the industry has transformed dramatically since then, we’ve stayed rooted in Somerset with a dedicated local team driving the business forward.
Could you share details about any new collections or ranges you’ll be showcasing at the January Furniture Show?
As a digital solutions provider rather than a furniture retailer, we won’t be showcasing physical collections. However, we will have our touchscreen display at the stand, giving retailers the chance to explore our platform and experience our features firsthand.
What are you most looking forward to at the show?
I’m always excited to reconnect with existing clients, review how their systems are performing, and discuss future developments. I’m equally keen to meet new retailers and explore how Iconography can support their shift toward more modern, efficient digital infrastructure.
Have there been any highlights for you over the past year that you’d like to mention?
We’ve continued to work closely with fantastic furniture retailers such as Roomes, Haskins and Loom Loft. A standout moment was filming a detailed interview with Haskins Furniture, exploring how our OMNIS Retail platform supports their day-to-day operations both online and in-store—an insightful resource for any retailer considering an omnichannel solution.
What’s next for your company?
We will continue developing our OMNIS Unified Commerce platform to give furniture retailers a strong, future-proof alternative to legacy systems. Our goal is to support businesses as they transition toward agile, fully integrated omnichannel retailing.
