We trace our heritage back to 1730 in the industrial heartland of Sheffield, and we remain based in the city today. From our earliest days, we produced the world’s finest sheep shears and other agricultural tools, exporting them all over the globe.
In the 20th century our focus shifted to gardening tools, and in the new millennium we added another string to our bow – beautiful gardening gifts.
Long-term collaborations followed, first in 2010 with Sophie Conran of the renowned British design dynasty, and then in 2012 with the Royal Horticultural Society, one of the most respected and prestigious names in gardening.
Today we combine our experience in tools with our passion for gardening to create gardening gifts and garden tools which are as stylish as they are functional.
