Kayla has headed up the Marketing, eCommerce and Marketplace teams at Furniturebox over the last few years as the company has quickly grown. Her role is very varied and always changing because of overseeing a few different areas and working alongside lots of different people. But her best skills are: being organised, planning strategies, mentoring and developing her teams and making fabulous presentations! She has worked in eCommerce Marketing now for 10+ years and have somehow always worked in the furniture side of retail. Having studied History and Journalism at Uni, she found her way into marketing and loved it. Since then she has picked up Marketing certifications and also Chartered Management courses to help enhance her leadership skills.
