Persie Distillery

Persie Gin is hand-crafted in a small, family-owned'stables-turned-distillery at the foot of Glenshee in Highland Perthshire. Our award-winning gins are'distilled in small batches,'then bottled and labelled on site.'

There are six expressions. The distillery originals range is like'a 3-course meal in gin, with a starter, main course and pudding of Zesty Citrus, Herby, and Sweet & Nutty expressions. As a dog-friendly distillery we also produce a range of charity gins for PADS dog rescue, where Labrador Gin, Spaniel Gin and Dachshund Gin Liqueur reflect the different breeds!
