Welcome to POP UP Designs!
We’re a family-run business based just outside of Edinburgh, passionate about creating unique, laser-cut wooden gifts.
From our humble beginnings in a garden workshop in the North of Scotland to our new home in 2021, a lot has changed with our products, but our core philosophy remains the same.
POP UP Designs was founded in 2015 by Andy and Fiona Cox, following a three-year project dedicated to creating products and raising money for charity while working as school teachers. Today, we proudly continue that mission by donating a portion of our yearly profits to charitable causes. In 2019, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit one of the projects we support in Guatemala through the adopt-a-child program.
We are excited to continue expanding our POP UP postcard range, alongside our new collection of scale model railway buildings—an exciting venture for us! We take pride in designing and manufacturing all our products right here in Scotland, while also collaborating closely with other small businesses across the country.
