Shortbread House of Edinburgh are known around the world for the quality of biscuits that they produce. In 2024 they again won more Great Taste Awards than any other shortbread producer. They have now won over 100 awards and that’s why their shortbread can be found in all the best places. Shortbread House is a family-run bakery with a small team of skilled bakers. They still insist on making their products truly by hand, naturally only ever with the finest ingredients.
Their range now also includes the Pea Green Boat Cheese Sablés. Made using a wonderful blend of Scottish Cheddar and Italian Parmesan, the Fennel & Chilli flavour won the Golden Fork Award for best Scottish Product at the 2019 Great Taste Awards.
