Which soft drink do you choose when in a bar, or eating at a restaurant? Come along and see us to taste something different and delicious.
We are the home of 'grown up soft drinks'. We offer an alternative to sugary, asparame, e-number laiden drinks. They are delicious and are actually good for you. Made in Scotland, and not at all boring.
We infuse organic, raw apple cider vinegar with the best whole, organic ingredients we can find. Our vinegars have been created for health benefits, and are delicious as a cordial, and in cooking. We currently have four infusions, creating more in 2025.
We are as ethical, carbon neutral and environmentally friendly as possible. All our packaging is recyclable and/or reusable.
Each infusion takes at least eight weeks to mature and blend. The blossom honey or organic Blackstrap molasses make it silky smooth and a little bit sweet, adding extra health benefits.
We use only whole botanicals. We source them straight from the growers when possible. Or from small businesses.
We are a husband and wife team, we met four years ago, and have been on a wonderful adventure ever since.
Having our marriage ceremony in our own woodland last year. We live in the wilds of rural Angus, surrounded by beautiful countryside, wildlife, and peace and quiet. We have built our own physical 'vinegar factory' ourselves, within the barn in our garden.
Our combined skills are in marketing, photography, the catering industry & graphic design.
