This edgy design is based upon the angular forms of mountains as they rise from the land — imitating the story of Beira who hits her hammer on the ground to turn the dirt into iron and force the mountains to rise. The shape is reflected as a mountain would be in a loch.
Crafted by hand in wax, this form is re-created to be cast in recycled sterling silver. Using the lost wax method, an ancient art in itself. Hand assembled to create a balanced pendant which threads onto a figaro chain. Hand polished to a bright shine.
