Our Harris & Lewis Salmon is produced using only the finest Scottish salmon which is crafted exclusively at the Harris & Lewis Smokehouse in Stornoway, Isle of Lewis. Our artisan, small-batch production begins with hand-curing fresh Harris & Lewis salmon fillets with sea salt. The fillets are then gently double-smoked and finished over Scotch whisky cask chippings in a traditional pebble-lined kiln. Finally, each batch is hand-packed in Stornoway for optimal quality and freshness. Harris & Lewis Smoked Scottish Salmon offers an intense yet well-balanced smoke profile, rounded with a hint of sweetness.
