- No Chill Filtration. Natural Colour.
- Appearance: Deep Golden
- Nose: Custard tart, riesling, porridge and honey
- Palate: Sweet custard, banana, light citrus, hay, walnut and a bitter oak spice. Water works well here.
- Finish: Medium to long, drying the oak spice lingering and an acidic sweetness.
