Eviedale Bakehouse crafts their Rosemary flavour sourdough crackers using fresh rosemary picked from their own greenhouses. Featuring the natural plant oils they have a fresh depth of flavour. Their 10 year old sourdough starter creates moreish sensation & mouth feel. There is also a nutty taste derived from the Beremeal and the crackers are made using the finest ingredients, organic flour, olive oil, dark muscovado sugar & sea salt—Not only tasty they are also nutritious. Their texture is delightfully crisp, perfect for pairing with artisanal cheeses or smoked fish. Each batch is a testament to tradition and innovation, bringing a taste of the far north to discerning snack lovers across Britain.
